Anagram is a wonderful program that allows you to capture and save for further use the information you choose while surfing the Internet or reading an e-mail. The program is very lightweight and easy to control from the system tray. Anagram works with the following applications: Microsoft Outlook, salesforce.com, Palm Desktop/Agendus, NetSuite and Jigsaw. If you use Outlook, you can configure a great number of options that include shortcut keys, message classes, default folders and some other preferences. The program is fully customizable and allows you to set different options regarding phone numbers and addresses formatting, event and tasks and many other things. You can also lock your program with a username and password to protect your sensitive information. If you use Outlook, the information you select is automatically pasted into an email that you can fully customize or you can also rescan it as an event, task or sticky note. All in all, Anagram is a wonderful information capturer that will make your daily tasks a breeze. |
